This cancellation policy explains how you can cancel or modify your order.

Regular Orders

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has not entered dispatch or production, you'll receive a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're reserving an item that is not yet in stock or is scheduled to be released later. We may charge the full amount, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method for a future charge.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund under our Returns Policy.
